- We, of course, believe you should enjoy it immediately. After all, why wait? But, if you must, we suggest you store in a refrigerator for up to 6-8 weeks and/or freeze for up to 3 months for optimal freshness and quality.

- What is the little pouch of dried spice I received with my order?
- By default, every bottle of Original Tandoori Marinade is set at a Mild level of spice (perfect for the kids!). The additional spice packet is included to allow our customers to increase the heat level while utilizing the marinade. Add half or the whole spice packet while prepping to increase the spice level (add half for Medium spice level or the while pouch for Hot spice level).
